  • Return & Exchange:
    • No return or refund policy.
    • Exchanges only for damaged, tampered, or wrong items.
    • Unboxing video required within 24 hours for any exchange claim.
    • All tags must be intact for the exchanged item.
  • Shipping:
    • Free delivery on prepaid orders above ₹699 across India.
    • Flat ₹100 shipping charge for prepaid orders below ₹699.
    • Orders are shipped within 1–3 working days; delivery takes 5–7 working days depending on location.
    • Free shipping applies only to pincodes serviced by our logistics partners; extra charges apply for unserviceable areas.
    • Taxes and duties are included in the product price for all domestic orders.
